WAW Academy Summer Camp 2018

Admissions are now open for this year’s annual WAW Academy summer training camps. WAW and Bellatrix each host a yearly weeklong training camp every August, open to all levels of experience from absolute beginners looking to learn the basics to established wrestlers looking to enhance their ringcraft with invaluable technical British wrestling knowledge passed on by our expert coaching team. Past years have seen guest training seminars led by world renowned performers, including Doug Williams, Jesus Rodriguez, and Jonny Storm, as well as World of Sport legends Marty Jones, Steve Grey, and Mal Sanders.

Taking place at WAW House on Rose Lane, Norwich in the heart of Norwich city centre, training will take place each day from 10am till 5pm. This year’s head trainers are veteran British wrestling stars Karl Kramer and Jason Cross. These two men have both held championship gold in WAW and spent their long careers extensively performing all over the country, as well as Europe and Japan. The Knight Dynasty and top members of the WAW roster will also be on hand to contribute their valuable knowledge to this year’s students. The Bellatrix camp will be led by former SHIMMER champion Saraya Knight whose innovative wrestling style has seen her services in demand at wrestling schools all over the world. At the end of each week coaches and guest coaches will determine who the most impressive students of the previous five days were and pass on their recommendations to the WAW Office. Past years have seen the winners of this prestigious awards go on to join the main roster.

Participation in each weeklong session costs £150 (£200 with accommodation). Secure your place now with a £50 deposit via Paypal, sent to waw1994@hotmail.co.uk, or by calling our headquarters at 07768528301.
