Like most sports, the skills of professional wrestling are not learned overnight. It can take years before
someone reaches the top spot in the industry. Getting there is not easy.
The WAW Training School, which is held at the Breckland Community Centre (Owen Barnes Centre) in Cosstessey,
Norwich, is regarded as the finest in the country. Run by WAW stars Sweet Saraya, Ricky Knight and Zak Zodiac
with special appearances from stars like Zebra Kid, Kraft and Zak Zodiac,
many of the top stars currently on the circuit have at one time passed through the school.
You will learn the rudimentary basics of British style wrestling, with 80's, 90's and new school
styles taught.
You must remember the training schools take place every 4 weeks on normally the first weekend of every month, so be sure to book early.
WAW cannot guarantee that you will become a professional wrestler within the first three training
sessions. What we can guarantee is dedicated trainers who have around 150 years combined
experience between them.

WHAT YOU NEED
Please be sure to bring the following items with you when you attend the training school;
Tracksuit.
T-Shirt.
Trainers.
Elbow & knee pads (optional).
Plenty of fluid (i.e. bottled water or energy drinks).
Shops are located close to the training school, where you will be able to purchase food
and drink.
We will also need to know if you suffer from any medical conditions, or if you take any form
of medication. You will also need to let us know the names of your next of kin.
PRICES
The cost for the entire weekend is £70 or £40 for one day.
TIMES
WAW can pick you up at the following points in Norwich on each day of training;
Norwich Train Station at 9.50am.
The training starts at 10.30am, and ends at 6.00 pm.
